Councillors Lesley Scott-Boutell and Tracy Arnold

Lesley Scott-Boutell (known by her residents and colleagues as LSB) has kept a small corner of Ms Patel's Tory Witham seat Lib Dem yellow for nearly two consecutive decades.

A multi award winning community champion, LSB holds a significant chairing role in local Govt (she chairs the Council's Policy Panel) despite being profoundly deaf, and is due to become Colchester's Mayor in 2024

Tracy Arnold was elected to represent Stanway in May 2022.

She is an accredited Green Lib Dem Councillor and serves as Deputy Chair of the City Council Environment and Sustainability Panel.
